Skills-focused group work to help you maintain sobriety and build a life free from alcohol and drugs.

Dedicated groups that educate you and your family about the recovery process and how to support one another.

Social Support Groups

Regular meetings connecting you with others navigating substance abuse recovery — community-driven and ongoing.

Matrix® Programme

Evidence-based outpatient treatment — three to four sessions per week following the internationally recognised Matrix® model.
